The Easiest Banana Pancakes

Serves: 4 pancakes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • A spray of non-stick cooking spray or 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Maple syrup
  1. Mash one banana in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Add one egg and mix well.
  3. Add cinnamon and salt. Mix.
  4. Warm a nonstick pan over medium heat with non-stick spray or coconut oil.
  5. Pour mixture into small circles – batter will make four pancakes.
