Almond Butter Chai Balls

  • ½ cup almond butter (Revival Chai Time almond butter is recommended)
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • Extra cinnamon for sprinkling
  1. Put the oats in a blender and pulverize until smooth like sand.
  2. In a bowl mix together all ingredients except white chocolate and oil.
  3. Once the ingredients are mixed, form into about 8 small balls.
  4. In a microwave safe container, melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30 second increments until smooth.
  5. Place the almond chai balls on a sheet of wax paper or a plate and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Let chocolate dry and then serve.
