Mozzarella Grilled Cheese

This recipe takes the classic grilled cheese up to a whole new, gourmet level.
  • 2 medium slice rosemary bread
  • 2-4 medium slice mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium slice tomato
  • 2 medium slice roasted red peppers
  • 3 leaf basil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • butter
  1. Top with mozzarella cheese, basil, tomato and roasted red pepper.
  2. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on the non-buttered side of the other slice of bread. Place bread (balsamic side down) on top of peppers. Let cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Carefully flip sandwich to other side. Let cook until cheese is fully melted and bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
